Lakeland Counselling
It can be extremely isolating and often overwhelming to feel emotionally or rationally out of your depth. No matter how hard you try, you just can't seem to get your head above water. Counselling offers a secure supportive relationship that can assist in the process of healing, understanding and positive change. So whether your treading water or feel out of your depth, I offer a safe empathic service to support you back on solid ground.
Emma Lakeland
I work in an integrative style using the foundation of my Humanistic approach, I'm a member of the BACP, with experience counselling bereavement at the Hospice in the Weald, counselling addictions in recovery at the Kenward Trust and have over 17 years knowledge and experience with mental health issues.
Life can take us all to places and challenges where we may have felt broken, lost or alone. The bravest step is to admit or realise we may need to reach out and seek support. Perhaps that's what brought you here today.
