Today is World Mental health day. Everyone at some point in their life will have experienced some form of lowered mental wellbeing. There is no shame or reason to face these struggles alone, if things start to feel overwhelming or out of balance within your thinking and inner world of confidence, positivity and rational normal coping abilities.
