Understanding Anxiety

Everyone has experienced times where they have felt anxious about something in their life. Anxiety is controlled by the invisible force of fear, doubt and an overwhelming need to feel anything else but the sensations and thoughts it causes within our body and mind. When in a high state of anxiety, it can be terrifying, isolating and seems as if there is no way out. It can affect our ability of rational decision making, our confidence and can have a detrimental affect on relationships.

Together in the therapy sessions with the use of conscious awareness, gaining an understanding how the patterns of anxious behaviour have been formed and connecting to any friction from unresolved traumas or blocked emotions. We can discover a way to release the pressure and hold it can have on living life freely to your full potential.
