Ways to Clear your mind

One of the things that we can seemingly bypass when depressed, stressed or overwhelmed and is actually free, is the value of just going outside. Clearing our mind, becoming healthy both on the inside and the outside can provide a sense of peace and wellbeing that is priceless.
